The beautiful gardens and vibrant decor offer a unique charm and atmosphere that's hard to beat.
Rooms can be tiny and lacking basic conveniences like air conditioning, which can be tough during peak seasons. Noise levels from the courtyard and street traffic can be disruptive, making a restful stay challenging. Outdated linens and towels add to the feeling of wear after prolonged use.

Staying at this charming hotel was a delight for our family. The courtyard was perfect for the kids to play, and the breakfast was both delicious and budget-friendly. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.
My wife says that the rooms could be a bit larger for families.

The rooftop balcony provided a lovely space to unwind, and the presence of staff at the front desk made me feel safe during my solo travels. However, the water pressure was a significant drawback, requiring a long wait for warm water, and there was no on-site parking as promised, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, I appreciated the access to refreshing cakes and the nearby attractions that made exploring the area easy.

Perfect spot for exploring!
Had a cozy stay for 5 nights in a charming colonial style building. The staff were super nice and always ready to help. Loved the courtyard for evening chats with friends and the nearby breakfast spot was so convenient. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a little faster at times.

great location but lacking some amenities
The hotel is wonderfully located within walking distance to the museums and city center. I loved the roof terrace. the views over the city and mountains are stunning. The spacious patios were perfect for relaxing, and seeing a hummingbird was a delightful surprise. I especially appreciated the coffee shop next door, ideal for morning beverages.
The absence of a more extensive dining option on-site was noticeable.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, and it was a mixed bag. The room was charming and had a rustic vibe, but those stairs were a pain, especially with a high step into the bathroom. The bed was comfy, but it could use some updates. Still, the views from the shared patio were lovely, and having the café nearby was a highlight!
